Kanya Kumari (India)
Cape Comorin (Sp. Cabo Comorín) in Tamil Nadu state is the southernmost point of the Indian subcontinent, and the point at which three seas meat: the Indic Ocean, the Arabic Sea, and the Bengal Bay Sea. It is also the southern tip of the Western Ghats range, which run along the west coast of India. The place contains an ancient temple dedicated to Shiva and two brand-new memorials dedicated respectively to the religious reformist Swami Vivekananda and to a local hindu saint. The place is a much-frequented Hindu pilgrimage, and an important national touristic attraction.

In the picture, the gallery leading to the entrance to the Shiva temple, crowded with visitors from all over the country.
